NEW YORK

So, back in March my mom turned 60 years old. My sister Jana had this fabulous idea that for her birthday we (meaning my dad) should take her to New York on a girls trip. So right after the two friends weddings my mom, my two sisters, and my four sister –in-laws all went to NYC. It was such a blast. We were there for about four days and we had so much fun.




Yes, We saw J-LO up close and personal.

This picture was taken after we got off our "all night flight" from Utah to New York so don't mind how we all look. Funny story.....as soon as we got on the airplane my mom and I took a STRONG sleeping pill. About ten seconds after we take it the flight attendant gets on the intercom and says, "Your flight time to New York City will be three hours and thrity minutes." Thats not enough time for the sleeping pill to wear off so we were pretty groggy and tired that next day....and it shows.

We also met the drummer from Rascle Flatts! Can you believe it. We went to the Today Shows summer concert series which just happened to be Rascle Flatts. We woke up at live five to go to it and when we got there we were at the very back. So we left before they even started playing. We went to get some breakfast and a joint next door and he got in line right behind us. As you can tell I was pretty excited about this.
