{new} York!

Last week Chelsey (my sister in law/ friend) went to NYC to visit our friend Amber. It was sooo much fun. Here is how our adventure started. In December I got an advertisement from Spirit Airlines say that you could fly round trip to NYC for $69. I quickly called Chelsey to see if she wanted to go visit Amber. She did. So we get on to book the tickets. Well.....They were not exactly $69 because spirit airlines charges you for a seat? Isn't that kinda given in the price of the ticket? I would have stood up the whole time :). We bought the tickets anyway because they were still a pretty good deal.
Fast forward to February 12th, the day we are supposed to leave. Chelsey and I show up to the airport 1 and 1/2 hours early. Well our flight had left 2 hours before that. They changed our flight and didn't tell us! Bottom line, Don't fly Spirit Airlines. They ended up buying us a ticket on a different airline and we got there a couple hours after we were supposed to.

Here we are on the Staten Island Ferry. It was freezing.

Chelsey and I ordered a large pizza just incase Amber wanted some. I.dont.know.what.we.were.thinking.

We had so much fun. Some other things we did that are not seen in picture. Max Brenner :), lots of shopping, hour long foot massages in china town, walked to a sketchy park in china town by a chinese man trying to sell us knock of jewelry (we didn't realize what we were getting into), valentines dinner, hanging out with sydnee!, laughing a lot, eating even more, stayed up until 3 every night talking. I am so lucky to have grown up with such amazing friends for those of you that weren't there we missed you! (you know who you are :)
I can't wait to go back to New York with Adam!
