There are SO many amazing men in my life. I don't know how I got so lucky because it doesn't seem to be the norm. I feel like so often I hear about dead beat dads and husbands and am amazed at how awesome the men in my life are!
Here are my brothers. I have 5. They are all very different and very great men. See the one directly behind me? His name is Scott and he probably tortured me the most growing up. He used to put me in the shower with all of my clothing on, turn on the water and dump shampoo and conditioner all of me. Maybe he is the reason I hate showering to this day! I still love him though. I hope all of these guys are having a great fathers day.
This is my dad (and me). He is a really good guy and has taught me so much about being a good person and having great faith. I went to school every morning in high school at 5:30 and sure enough everyday he was up studying his scriptures. He has a deep dedication to learning and even though you can hear his education tapes from inside the house when he pulls into the garage afterwork I hope that I can take a love for learning the gospel and his love for learning anything with me.
This girl is lucky. She has the best dad. He loves her so much. We couldn't have a better man it spend our days with and I am so grateful for him every day!

This was our Father's day photo shoot! We are pretty obsessed with our child and have started doing a photo shoot every Sunday after we get home from church! It is getting a little out of control but I can not help it.

Allie is so lucky to have Kevin as a Grandpa. It is funny how at 3 1/2 months this child has already taken a liking to certain people and for some reason Grandpa Kevin has her heart. She smiles every time he looks at her.

Our Father's day was pretty low key! Adam has had to study most of this day. He requested cajun chicken pasta, and this garlicky salad I make for dinner. He wanted homemade fun-fetti for dessert.

Sometimes we forget our baby is getting older. She is starting to grab at stuff and she totally went for the cake. It was so funny! The days of going out to eat with a calm child are over. List time we went out and took her out of the car seat she was grabbing at our food the entire time!
She just wants a piece too!

  1. Happy Fathers Day, Adam! Very cute pictures Katie - I love the flashback photos. We seem to take a lot of pictures Sunday too, because its the only day all three of us get ready at the same time. :)
